If you use the concept of color temperature to describe the color of light, the color temperature of the stadium lighting should be around 6000K, preferably not higher than 6200K, and should not be higher than 6500K.

The color rendering performance of the venue lights is an important physical and optical element that affects the quality of the venue lighting. The brightness, clarity, authenticity and comfort of the venue's lighting are much higher than the lighting quality and lighting effects of low-color performance venue lights.
Photophysical element 3: The site lighting should be smooth and stable without fluctuations and no stroboscopic effect hazard. The phenomenon of sports lighting fluctuations is called stroboscopic. The stroboscopic energy of the stadium lighting acts on the human eye and can cause stroboscopic effects in the visual perception system. Lead to visual positioning is not accurate, or create visual illusion and cause visual fatigue.
Photophysical element 4: The lighting of the venue should not be dazzling, and anti-glare is important. The glare hazard of the stadium lighting is the visual discomfort generated by the stadium lighting in the human eye. It is characterized by glare hazard in the form of dimly lit, glaring, dazzling, etc.
Once the lighting of the venue is glared, the players will often see a bright and dazzling light curtain in multiple locations and multiple angles, and they will not see the sphere flying in the air.
